Payroll Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily payroll operations, the full-time Payroll Supervisor will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for over 4,500 employees across 225 veterinary practices while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and compliance for multiple entities using ADP Workforce Now
• Supervise and develop Payroll Leads and Specialists, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, with multi-state payroll experience preferred
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage diverse priorities effectively
