Payroll Supervisor

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the remote Payroll Supervisor will manage payroll compliance, oversee the implementation of a new payroll system, and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into third-party processors
• Drive payroll system implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, and data validation
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and maintaining accurate payroll reports

Required qualifications

• Degree in a business-related discipline
• 5+ years of payroll experience, including managerial capacity in multinational companies
• Experience in payroll system implementation projects
• Fluent in English
• In-depth knowledge of payroll and HRM systems
