Job Summary

Payroll Support Advisor provides full-time technical and payroll processing support to the PR Services team, responding to inquiries and resolving issues while ensuring service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical resource for systems, processes, and compliance
  • Provide frontline support for complex configuration and service-related questions
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implement innovative solutions for service issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • CPP and Workday Payroll Certification required within 12 months of employment
  • 3+ years experience in addressing complex customer service issues
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of tax requirements and garnishment regulations (specific to roles)
