Job Summary
Providing advanced technical and payroll processing support, the full-time Payroll Support Advisor will ensure timely issue resolution, lead troubleshooting efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot system and process issues, ensuring timely remediation and follow-up in alignment with established SLAs
- Communicate best practices and resolution strategies through webinars and documentation, enhancing service quality and customer outcomes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to address recurring issues and improve overall payroll processing and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to engage across corporate functions such as Service and Product Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
