Job Summary
Providing advanced technical and payroll processing support, the full-time Payroll Support Advisor will ensure timely issue resolution, lead troubleshooting efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely remediation and follow-up in alignment with established SLA commitments
- Communicate best practices and resolution strategies through various educational initiatives, including webinars and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and partnering cross-functionally to enhance customer and associate experiences
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
