Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities to complete assigned Defined Contribution Operations functions
• Facilitate the resolution of escalated issues and develop processes to mitigate future issues
• Evaluate staff performance and coach team members toward improved performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in the defined contribution or retirement field
• Two years of supervisory/management experience
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure
• Ability to grasp technical and complex concepts
