Key Responsibilities

Provide inbound application and functional support for iSolved HCM solutions via various communication channels
Process payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support clients with payroll-related inquiries and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent educational experience
Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
Experience in supporting HCM solutions or web-based applications
CPP, FPC, or CEBS certification is desirable
