Job Summary

To support a growing team, the hybrid Payroll Support Specialist will provide full client HRIS program support, resolve service issues, and maintain client relationships while working both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for HRIS programs and resolve client inquiries in real time
  • Triage customer issues and escalate to second-level support as necessary
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and address recurring payroll software bugs
Required qualifications:
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or B2B SaaS support, with payroll experience
  • 1+ year of experience supporting payroll or benefits software functionality
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
