Job Summary
To support a growing team, the hybrid Payroll Support Specialist will provide full client HRIS program support, resolve service issues, and maintain client relationships while working both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for HRIS programs and resolve client inquiries in real time
- Triage customer issues and escalate to second-level support as necessary
- Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and address recurring payroll software bugs
Required qualifications:
- Fundamental Payroll Certification or equivalent credentials
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or B2B SaaS support, with payroll experience
- 1+ year of experience supporting payroll or benefits software functionality
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
