Payroll System Integrations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting payroll system integrations and process improvements, the full-time Remote Payroll System Integrations Specialist will manage integration projects, partner with various stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Support payroll software integration and migration projects while troubleshooting integration issues
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and assist with process improvement initiatives
- Conduct payroll system audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-6+ years of payroll system integration experience required
- Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll-related data
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and data management
- Experience with Power BI, reporting, analytics, or similar tools
