Payroll Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Systems Specialist who applies payroll and timekeeping expertise to optimize software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain rule configurations and provide ongoing support for payroll and timekeeping systems
• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements for payroll processing workflows
• Conduct training sessions and create communication materials related to payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or five years of applicable work experience in lieu of a degree
• Generally requires three years of related experience in payroll and timekeeping systems
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
• Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements impacting payroll solutions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required
