Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll processing, audits, and corrections for accurate employee payments
  • Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Reconcile payroll data to general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience with a solid understanding of payroll tax laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation; experience with payroll systems preferred
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred; familiarity with employee benefits and leave compliance is a plus
