Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Summary

Leading payroll tax functions remotely, the contract Payroll Tax Analyst will manage payroll tax compliance within the SAP payroll system, coordinate with external tax teams, and resolve tax inquiries from employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll tax functions in SAP and coordinate with the ADP tax team
• Resolve tax questions and concerns from the employee group
• Monitor and verify tax filings and notices prepared by ADP

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience on an ERP platform, preferably SAP
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state/local payroll taxes
• Bachelor's degree
• Good understanding of payroll tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ADP Smart Compliance is a plus
