Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Summary

Leading payroll tax functions within the SAP payroll system, the remote Payroll Tax Analyst will coordinate with external tax teams, resolve tax inquiries, and ensure compliance with payroll tax filings and notices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll tax function in SAP and coordinate with ADP tax team
• Resolve tax questions and concerns for the employee group
• Monitor and verify tax filings and notices prepared by ADP

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience on an ERP platform, preferably SAP
• Strong knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes (federal and multi-state/local)
• Bachelor's degree
• Good understanding of payroll tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Experience with ADP Smart Compliance is a plus
