Job Summary

To ensure payroll tax compliance and account maintenance, the full-time Payroll Tax Analyst will manage payroll tax reporting, resolve payroll inquiries, and administer garnishments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for over 3,500 teammates
  • Monitor and process payroll tax notices and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Research and resolve teammate payroll tax inquiries, including adjustments and corrections
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of payroll experience with at least 5 years in multi-state payroll tax administration
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Experience with payroll tax corrections and managing agency correspondence
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
