Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Case Administrator to support domestic North American tax functions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and index tax tickets and notices accurately and timely
- Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data with a target accuracy of 98%
- Manage unassigned aged tickets within a 24-hour timeframe
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
