Job Summary

Payroll Tax Case Administrator is a full-time temporary position responsible for supporting domestic North American tax functions through data entry and administrative tasks, requiring a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and index tax tickets and notices accurately in OSV Support and Salesforce
  • Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data to maintain a 98% accuracy rate
  • Manage unassigned aged tickets and process Critical and Blocker tickets within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate, GED, or equivalent; higher education preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
  • Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
