Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings with various vendors
  • Assist with payroll tax audits and respond to inquiries from business and finance teams
  • Manage payroll tax-related cases and support year-end activities for multiple regions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting
  • Knowledge of Workday Payroll/Taxation for US, Canada & Puerto Rico is a plus
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent Accounting Applications
  • Strong Excel skills, including handling large worksheets and pivot tables
  • Associate or College degree preferred
