A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Compliance Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up tax identification numbers and assist with tax audits and reconciliations
• Provide ongoing tax maintenance services and client guidance on state and federal regulations
• Manage multiple client needs and deadlines effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in Payroll & HRIS systems preferred
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations
• Ability to troubleshoot tax agency notices and provide compliance assistance
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
