Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives to build a new business
• Assist in managing client relationships and lead client projects, including task management and billing
• Provide payroll tax consulting, guidance, and support for clients, including audit services and tax risk management

Required Qualifications

• Relevant payroll tax consulting experience
• Eligibility to represent clients before the IRS (enrolled agent, CPA, attorney)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing client tax deadlines
• Familiarity with tax legislation, IRS rules/regulations, and tax research
