Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Coordinator in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compute and initiate payment for payroll tax and related liabilities for U.S. and Canadian taxing authorities
  • Complete regulatory filings accurately and on time
  • Perform reconciliations of tax payments and prepare documentation for audits

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable processing role
  • Experience with large enterprise financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials
  • Familiarity with IRS/tax laws preferred
  • AA degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and MS Outlook
