Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze business needs and requirements
  • Create and document processes and procedures for tax processing and garnishment processing
  • Manage quarterly and annual tax filing processes, customer issue resolution, and tax notice handling

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years' experience in payroll/payroll tax operations
  • 3+ years managing payroll/payroll tax operations
  • Experience with ACH Credit, ACH Debit, and check methods for payments
  • Previous experience working with ERP HR/Payroll systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or MIS preferred
