Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain oversight of all tax-related activities including payments, filings, and amendment processing
  • Liaise with tax payment and W2 vendors, ensuring audit compliance
  • Serve as an escalation point for tax-related issues and support department initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
  • 10 years of experience in multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll tax administration
  • Extensive engagement with federal, state, and local tax agencies
  • Subject Matter Expertise in federal, state, territory, local payroll tax and reporting requirements
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Macros
