Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Payroll Tax Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Operations team to deliver accurate and compliant payroll tax processes
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and assist with filings, reconciliations, and calculations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll tax issues, providing guidance and support for resolution of discrepancies


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll tax, payroll operations, or a related field
  • PEO experience is a must-have
  • MasterTax experience is a must-have
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and tax calculation tools
