Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Registration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist client with authorizing ADP as Third Party Administrator (TPA) for applicable State/Local jurisdictions
  • Prepare and submit tax registration applications for State Unemployment Insurance (SUI), State Income Tax (SIT), and other local tax jurisdictions
  • Provide regular status updates and obtain client approval for each registration application
Required Qualifications:
  • Past experience applying for payroll tax jurisdictions
  • Experience in assigning ADP as Third Party Administrator (TPA)
  • Familiarity with tax registration application requirements for various states
  • Ability to prepare and submit applications, both online and in hard copy
  • Project-based consulting experience is preferred
