Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist who brings advanced tax knowledge and experience to the payroll process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all federal, state, and local taxes in Workday and manage tax compliance for new employees
  • Maintain ADP systems, including setting up jurisdictions and reconciling tax payments
  • Collaborate with the Workday Team to test new releases and implement state-regulated changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study required
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex transactions
  • Experience with ADP and Workday systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
