Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist who brings advanced tax knowledge and experience to the payroll process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all federal, state, and local taxes in Workday and manage tax compliance for new employees
- Maintain ADP systems, including setting up jurisdictions and reconciling tax payments
- Collaborate with the Workday Team to test new releases and implement state-regulated changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study required
- 3-5 years of payroll experience required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex transactions
- Experience with ADP and Workday systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
