Payroll Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payroll (Global).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll Team in the preparation and administration of global payroll, ensuring compliance with local legislation
• Respond to employee inquiries, provide payroll expertise, and maintain performance metrics for the Payroll Team
• Supervise and mentor Payroll Team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 9 years of progressive payroll experience with leadership responsibilities
• PCP or CPM designation (or international equivalent) required
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations of payroll liabilities accounts
• Hands-on experience with outsourced payroll vendors and HRIS
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
