Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tech I to provide essential payroll services to field staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities by entering data and reviewing transactions for accuracy
• Assist in reconciling payroll and tax accounts, and prepare W2s
• Maintain customer relations and handle inquiries regarding payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Previous payroll experience, particularly with multi-state payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Workday
• General knowledge of business mathematics and standard payroll concepts
• Audit skills for processing payroll data
