Payroll Technician

Job Summary

Supporting payroll operations for a multi-location organization, the fully remote Payroll Technician will manage payroll-related transactions, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions, including direct deposit changes and tax withholding updates
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries and provide accurate support
• Calculate and process payroll corrections and adjustments

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of payroll, accounting, or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll or similar payroll/business systems
• Ability to learn and become proficient in company payroll systems
