Payroll Transition Lead

Job Summary

To support the transition of payroll services into the India Payroll Center of Excellence, the full-time remote Payroll Transition Lead will manage service transitions, ensure operational readiness, and facilitate knowledge transfer while collaborating with various stakeholders to minimize disruption to payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll service transitions into the India Payroll COE, assessing readiness and ensuring service acceptance criteria are met
• Serve as the functional expert on end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and stabilization activities, managing operational risks and issues throughout the transition process

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in payroll operations, payroll transformation, or payroll system implementation
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and associated controls
• Experience in supporting implementation and post-implementation stabilization activities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with payroll technology platforms, particularly Strada or similar
