Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Union Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Union Specialist for design, implementation, and enhancement of all Union Reporting, processing, and controls
• Perform reconciliations, initiate payments for Union Dues, Pensions, Health & Welfare in compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Prepare timely reporting, audit support for all unions, and meet all deadlines for union reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Five years of experience in Payroll including union experience or related area
• Experience processing Payroll for 5,000+ employees with a large multi-state or international employer
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
• US Citizenship is required
