PBM Data Analyst

Job Summary

Driving client onboarding and supporting operations, the remote PBM Data Analyst will conduct claims analysis, generate insights from large datasets, and prepare deliverables to enhance the member transition experience.

Key responsibilities

• Independently query large data sets to generate ad hoc analyses with actionable insights
• Leverage historical claims data to provide reporting for assessment and risk management
• Prepare high-quality deliverables for operations teams, ensuring client readiness through an audit process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop key insights from data
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced business environment
