PBM Operations Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of eligibility and claims data processes, the remote PBM Operations Associate will manage file feeds, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution and maintenance of eligibility and claims extract file feeds
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure data functions operate according to requirements
- Monitor vendor feeds and assist in troubleshooting issues related to data delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered for exceptional candidates
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, PBM, or data/eligibility operations
- Working knowledge of Excel and experience with data discrepancies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in eligibility, accumulator, or claims file feed processes is a plus
