Job Summary
A company is looking for a PBM Operational Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) interface, ensuring compliance and addressing operational issues
- Oversee daily operations of PBM interface, focusing on data exchanges and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution
- Support sales and implementation teams by managing client expectations and ensuring compliance with legal documents and data sharing agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations, vendor management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of PBM operations, data file formats, and compliance requirements
- Experience with data management systems
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to PBM operations
