Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Operational Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) interface, ensuring compliance and addressing operational issues
  • Oversee daily operations of PBM interface, focusing on data exchanges and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Support sales and implementation teams by managing client expectations and ensuring compliance with legal documents and data sharing agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations, vendor management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of PBM operations, data file formats, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with data management systems
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to PBM operations
