PBM Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting accurate and timely rebate payment and reporting, the full-time PBM Reporting Analyst will manage client reporting deliverables, rebate disbursement activities, and process improvements while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain client reporting deliverables, including various performance reports and payment files
• Support rebate disbursement activities, including payment processing and analysis, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and workflow consistency

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of client-facing or account management experience
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
• Experience with rebate disbursement and client reporting processes
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret contracts and manage multiple priorities effectively
