Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end pharmacy RFP process, the full-time PBM RFP and Pricing Lead will enhance pricing model development and financial evaluation while working remotely and collaborating closely with the Director of PBM Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve and standardize the PBM RFP process, including strategy, development, and evaluation
- Lead the development of PBM pricing models and analyze bidder financial proposals for accurate comparisons
- Translate complex PBM proposals into actionable insights and support negotiations with data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in PBM consulting, underwriting, pricing, or RFP strategy
- Deep understanding of PBM financial models and pricing structures
- Experience building and evaluating PBM RFPs and bidder responses
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a strong plus
- Exposure to AI tools and automation or a strong interest in applying AI to business processes
