PBM Specialty Pharmacy Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director for PBM Specialty Pharmacy Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and iterate on the specialty pharmacy strategy
• Manage current specialty programs and develop future strategic programs
• Develop and maintain SOP's, leverage technology, and build relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree
• 5-10 years experience in specialty pharmacy benefit management with a Health plan or PBM
• 5 years of leadership experience, with at least 3 years as Director or above
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven success in driving results and meeting financial targets
