Job Summary

A company is looking for a Private Client Account Coordinator for the Northeast Region (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executives with processing endorsements and creating insurance documentation
  • Liaise with external carriers and manage electronic filing in the EPIC document management system
  • Prepare various insurance-related documents and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administration/operations and customer service experience
  • Experience in P&C insurance, particularly in Private Client Group coverage
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance and EPIC software is desired
  • Access to a reliable, confidential workspace and stable high-speed internet connection for remote work
