Job Summary

A company is looking for a Private Client Account Coordinator for the Northeast Region (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executives with processing endorsements and creating insurance documents
  • Liaise with external carriers and escrow companies while managing client files
  • Follow up on outstanding policy endorsements and assist with various projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administration/operations and customer service experience
  • Experience in P&C insurance, particularly Private Client Group coverage, is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance and EPIC software is desired
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
