Job Summary
Managing a book of business remotely, the full-time P&C Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service, oversee day-to-day client servicing tasks, and collaborate with internal teams while ensuring proactive renewals and effective communication with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and retain a book of business by delivering excellent customer service and negotiating with underwriters
- Handle daily client servicing tasks, including issuing certificates, processing endorsement requests, and addressing billing issues
- Anticipate client needs and provide timely, accurate responses to insurance-related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active P&C License
- 3+ years of P&C experience
- Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC
- Proficient in using various computer technologies in a fast-paced environment
