Job Summary

Leading complex engagements for insurers and corporate clients, the remote/hybrid Principal - P&C Actuarial Consultant will provide technical actuarial leadership while driving business development and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large client engagements, delivering strategic insights and innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to drive practice growth and revenue
• Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI to enhance client solutions and consulting opportunities

Required qualifications

• ACAS or FCAS designation with 10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting or insurance experience
• Expertise in reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and capital management
• Demonstrated success in leading large client engagements and fostering executive relationships
• Proven business development experience with a history of revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills in a consulting environment
