Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic, transformational leader, the full-time Property Claims Manager will oversee a team of skilled adjusters, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property and casualty claims adjusters
• Set productivity standards, monitor quality, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee complex claim settlements and escalated customer issues while collaborating with internal teams and clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in residential property damage claims within a P&C environment
• 2+ years in a leadership/people manager role with proven success in coaching and team development
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate and virtual inspections
• P&C Adjuster license required
