Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Manager III.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts
- Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client's needs
- Oversee all aspects of client engagement, including renewals, marketing, and claims advocacy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance markets
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required; advanced certifications preferred
- Proficient in AMS360 and other relevant tools and platforms
