P&C and Life & Health Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts, the full-time Client Manager in Commercial Lines will develop tailored account service strategies, oversee client engagement processes, and lead internal servicing teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for high-revenue accounts across P&C or Life & Health lines
• Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Manage all aspects of client engagement, including renewals, marketing, and claims advocacy

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
• Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management strategies, and advanced policy structures
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing support staff
• Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required; advanced certifications preferred
• Proficient in AMS360 and relevant tools and platforms
