PC Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PC Asset Manager to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and ensure endpoint compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules
• Utilize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT asset and endpoint management
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, including patching and application deployment
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB modules
• Proficient in image creation, maintenance, and deployment (Autopilot, MDT, InTune, or similar tools)
