P&C Broker - Management Liability

Job Summary

Supporting placements across Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines, the full-time P&C Broker - Management Liability will manage their own book of business and negotiate with insurance carriers while working remotely, in a hybrid, or in-office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance with service model standards and timelines
• Support placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs, developing go-to-market strategies for clients
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and conditions while analyzing coverage options for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines preferred
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability preferred
