P&C Broker - Management Liability

Job Summary

To support placements across Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines of coverage, the licensed P&C Broker - Management Liability will manage their own book of business, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop go-to-market strategies in a remote, hybrid, or in-office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance with service model standards
• Negotiate competitive terms and conditions with insurance carriers while analyzing coverage options for clients
• Prepare and market submissions, respond to underwriter inquiries, and participate in client meetings and renewal discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines of coverage
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with preferred exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability
