P&C Broker - Management Liability

Job Summary

To support placements across Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines of coverage, a licensed P&C Broker - Management Liability will manage their own book of business in a remote, hybrid, or in-office setting, while developing go-to-market strategies and negotiating with insurance carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in accordance with service model standards and timelines
• Support placement of Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability programs, developing strategies for each client or prospect
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms, conditions, and pricing while analyzing coverage options for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability preferred
