P&C Broker - Management Liability

Job Summary

Seeking a licensed P&C Broker - Management Liability, the full-time role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work options and involves managing a book of business while supporting placements in Management Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability lines.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in alignment with service model standards
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and develop go-to-market strategies for clients
• Analyze coverage options and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Background as a generalist broker or experience across multiple lines preferred
• Foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, with exposure to management liability, cyber, or professional liability preferred
