Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Broker & Underwriter (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with retail agency personnel and underwriters to ensure accurate account information
• Manage up to 40 accounts weekly, including preparing market submissions and handling renewals
• Solicit new business from retail clients and engage with various carrier relationships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a commercial insurance brokerage or production underwriting environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Wholesale or retail agency/brokerage experience required
• Must be able to pass state exam and obtain insurance license
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance products and services
