- Lead, coach, and mentor a team responsible for investigating and settling property and casualty claims
- Set clear expectations and reinforce productivity and quality standards while supporting technically sound coverage decisions
- Utilize data and operational observations to identify trends and improve team effectiveness amidst evolving workflows and business needs
Required qualifications
- P&C Adjusters License
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the claims process within a P&C environment
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience, including coaching and developing employees
